Shipping Policy

Pickup: Orders may be picked up at our yard during normal business hours.

Delivery: Delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and product type. 

Delivery Disclaimer: Boulders & Blooms Landscape Supply is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, lawns, irrigation systems, underground utilities, septic systems, or other property that may occur during delivery. Delivery trucks are heavy commercial vehicles, and customers assume responsibility for ensuring their property can support the weight of delivery vehicles. Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access for delivery trucks. If safe access is not available, the driver may place materials at the closest safe location. By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that delivery vehicles may weigh several tons and agrees that Boulders & Blooms Landscape Supply will not be held liable for damage resulting from normal delivery operations. 

Bulk Materials: Bulk materials such as mulch, soil, sand, and gravel are delivered by dump truck or semi.

Pallet Materials: Flagstone, edging, and other palletized products may require equipment on site to unload. Customers are responsible for having appropriate equipment available if necessary. Boulders & Blooms Landscape Supply does is not responsible for damages when unloading using equipment. 

Delivery Scheduling: After placing your order, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery time. 

Delivery conditions such as weather, ground conditions, or accessibility may affect delivery timing.
