Refund policy

Due to the nature of bulk landscape materials, all sales are final once materials have been delivered or picked up. 

Bulk materials such as mulch, soil, sand, gravel, decorative stone and other loose materials cannot be returned once unloaded. 

Palletized products (flagstone, edging, wall block, etc.) may only be returned if the pallet has not been opened, the material is in the original condition, and the return requested within 48 hours of pickup or delivery

A restocking fee may apply to returned pallet products. 

Custom orders and special-order materials are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect material, damage, etc.), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. 

Boulders & Blooms Landscape Supply reserves the right to determine eligibility for any return or refund.
